RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for store credit only—no exchanges. No refunds. 

Return Eligibility:

We get it—sometimes a look doesn’t hit like you thought it would. No worries! We gladly accept returns for store credit on eligible items. Here’s the deal:

  • Keep it Fresh – Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, perfume, smoke, or any other signs of wear.
  • Tags Intact – All original tags and packaging must be in place. No tag, no return!
  • Final Sale, Final Say – Items marked Final Sale are yours forever, fren—no returns.
  • Returns must be initiated within THREE (3) days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an oops (wrong or damaged item).
  • Ready to start a return? Access the RETURN PORTAL  and we'll get you squared away. 

Excessive Returns:

To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our return policy, we monitor return activity. Customers who frequently return items may be subject to:

  • A limit on the number of returns allowed within a 6-month period (maximum of 3 returns).

If your account has been flagged for excessive returns, we will notify you via email. We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team at style@youngatstyle.com if you have any questions or need assistance with future purchases.

SHIPPING

We're thrilled to share that our processing an shipping times have been enhanced to serve you better, as orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless noted otherwise. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days on popular items.

For even faster service, all in-stock items are now available with UPS 2-Day Air, so you can receive your orders even sooner.

Once packages leave our showroom and are handed over to the shipping carrier, (Young at Style) YAS is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Please note in rare circumstances, some items  may ship separately. 

PREORDER

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of preorders, depending on vendor availability. Some orders may require an additional 1-3 business days, but we assure you your order is on the way. If we are unable to process your preorder, we will contact you directly by phone or email.

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Packages are shipped directly from Young at Style in Mobile, Alabama via UPS and USPS. xo
